We will make three different frozen desserts: semifreddo, frozen mousse, and all time favorite juice pops. Plus, learn the technique of making mousse cake. We will use equipment that can be found around the house and kitchen so you'll be able to make more at home!
Anne received a culinary degree from New England Culinary Institute and has worked in various restaurants in New York City and elsewhere, mostly focused on pastries. She most recently prepared deliciousness at Chez Chloe Restaurant. She is dedicated to programs like The Farm To Cafeteria program, Community Harvest Meals, and Island Food Connection.
