Trip to Morning Star Farm

During this trip to Morning Star Farm, you will have the opportunity to harvest savory elements out of the garden to use in baking. We will create simple breakfast pastry scones, tarts, puff pastry, and delicious crepes using savory and sweet combinations. Learning how to follow a recipe and create your own personal flavor combinations. This class will build confidence in creating new flavors and harvesting from the garden.
Annie
received a culinary degree from New England Culinary Institute and has
worked in various restaurants in New York City and elsewhere, mostly
focused on pastries. She most recently prepared deliciousness at Chez
Chloe Restaurant.
She is dedicated to programs like The Farm To Cafeteria program, Community Harvest Meals, and Island Food Connection.
