Is your stomach having a hard time keeping up with your abundant garden? Come learn how to process and preserve food for the winter. Join participants of F.E.A.S.T. in various types of preservation methods with the food they have grown from their garden. Bring excess food from your garden, or come help eat and store ours!
F.E.A.S.T. (Farm Education and Sustainability for Teens) is a summer long program focusing on sustainable living skills; introducing concepts such as: food preservation & distribution, organic farming, natural building, alternative energy systems, leadership development, bio-remediation, and wilderness education.
