Grab your pencils, paper and come create! We'll explore the creative process, learning how to draw from real life and some basic painting skills. The talent's in all of you, so let's bust it out!" Adults are very welcome to join children ages 8-up.
*Please bring paper and, if you have, any colored pencils or drawing supplies. Otherwise, we'll supply.
Instructor Kathryn Thurman is the author/artist of the children's book "Evelyn's Angels." Her paintings have been shown nationally, as well as published in several magazines. She attended Pasadena Art Center, Otis Parson School of Design, and holds a fine arts degree from the University of Puget Sound. "I love to inspire people. When I’m not trying to inspire others, I’m hanging around people who inspire me. Often that’s children!"
